PFA Lined Tubular Pipeline Sight Glass
Lumistar PFA lined tubular pipeline sight glass is specially designed for visual monitoring of fluid flow in highly corrosive and demanding industrial processes.
It combines a heavy-wall borosilicate glass tube with PFA/PTFE lined flanges to provide excellent chemical resistance and reliable long-term operation.
The tubular design provides a 360° viewing area, allowing operators to clearly observe the condition, color, flow direction, and contamination of process media without interrupting production.
The robust protective cage structure improves mechanical strength and protects the glass tube from external impact during operation.
The adjustable tie rod design also allows easier installation and maintenance while keeping the sight glass securely installed on the pipeline.
With excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and other aggressive chemicals, this PFA lined pipeline sight glass is widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and other corrosion-sensitive applications.
