The Hemispherical Sight Glass with Impeller provides a simple and reliable method for visually confirming liquid flow within process pipelines. Its hemispherical transparent window offers a wider viewing angle than conventional flat sight glasses, improving visibility from multiple directions. The precision-machined stainless steel body delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
Available in 304 stainless steel or 316L stainless steel, the sight glass can be supplied with threaded, flanged, or customized end connections to suit different piping systems. Depending on the application, the window can be manufactured from tempered glass, borosilicate glass, or quartz glass, while gasket materials such as PTFE, EPDM, NBR, and FKM (Viton) are available for various process media.
