ANSI Right Angle Sight Glass for Flow Observation in 90° Pipeline Systems
The ANSI Right Angle Sight Glass is specifically designed for process pipelines that require a change in flow direction while maintaining continuous visual monitoring of the process media.
Unlike standard straight-through sight glasses, this design combines a 90-degree elbow connection with an integrated viewing window, allowing operators to inspect fluid flow, color changes, bubbles, contamination, sediment, and process conditions at critical turning points within the system.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and equipped with precision-engineered transparent windows, the sight glass provides excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long-term operational reliability.
The viewing section can be supplied with borosilicate glass, tempered safety glass, fused quartz glass, or sapphire glass depending on temperature, pressure, and chemical compatibility requirements.
Available with ANSI Class 150, 300, and customized pressure ratings, the ANSI Right Angle Sight Glass is widely used in chemical plants, pharmaceutical production lines, food processing facilities, petrochemical systems, and water treatment installations.
