Industrial Inline Tubular Sight Glass for Continuous Process Monitoring
The Industrial Inline Tubular Sight Glass (Flanged Type) is engineered to provide a clear visual inspection point within industrial pipelines. Installed between standard flanges, it enables operators to continuously observe process media while maintaining system integrity.
Its cylindrical glass tube offers complete visibility around the entire flow path, making it easier to detect fluid movement, sediment buildup, air bubbles, color variation, and process abnormalities in real time.
The sight glass is manufactured using premium borosilicate glass combined with carbon steel or stainless steel housings for excellent resistance to thermal shock, corrosion, and mechanical stress. Optional quartz glass, sapphire glass, PTFE lining, and special alloy materials are available for demanding operating conditions.
Designed for long service life and minimal maintenance, this tubular sight glass is widely used in chemical plants, oil & gas facilities, pharmaceutical production lines, food processing systems, water treatment plants, and many other industrial applications.
