Alkali Resisting Level Gauge Glass is designed for industrial level measurement applications exposed to alkaline solutions, caustic chemicals, and aggressive process media.
Compared with standard gauge glass, alkali-resistant glass offers improved resistance to surface attack caused by sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and other alkaline substances. This helps extend service life and maintain clear level visibility under demanding operating conditions.
Each glass is manufactured through precision cutting, grinding, and polishing processes to ensure dimensional accuracy, smooth sealing surfaces, and reliable installation in level gauges and process equipment.
