DIN 7081 Gauge Glass
Reflex & Transparent Level Gauge Glass for High Pressure Applications
DIN 7081 gauge glass is specifically engineered for industrial level indication applications where reliable visibility, mechanical stability, and safe operation under pressure are required.
Designed for use in boilers, pressure vessels, and process systems, it provides stable optical performance under continuous exposure to high temperature, pressure fluctuations, and aggressive working media.
Compared with standard industrial glass, borosilicate glass 3.3 and aluminosilicate glass offer superior thermal shock resistance, enhanced chemical durability, and improved mechanical strength, making them suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Each gauge glass is manufactured through precision cutting, fine grinding, and double-side polishing processes to ensure tight dimensional tolerance, smooth sealing surfaces, and consistent optical clarity for safe and accurate level observation.
Custom sizes, thickness options, edge finishes, and pressure resistance designs are available according to specific project and engineering requirements.
