Designed for installation on circular sight glass fittings, flow indicators, and screw-type sight glass assemblies, it delivers bright, glare-free illumination while meeting stringent ATEX safety requirements.
Equipped with a 14W high-intensity LED module, the USL 07 LED Ex provides excellent visibility for monitoring mixing, filling, chemical reactions, and liquid flow inside reactors, tanks, and process vessels. Its advanced optical reflector ensures concentrated light output with optional beam angles for different inspection distances.
The luminaire features a rugged die-cast aluminum housing with a borosilicate glass lens, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. Certified for Gas Zone 1 & 2 and Dust Zone 21 & 22, it is widely used in chemical plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, biotechnology, and petrochemical industries.
