The USL 05 LED Explosion-Proof Sight Glass Light is a compact industrial luminaire developed for reliable illumination of process vessels operating in hazardous locations. Designed specifically for sight glass fittings, flow indicators, and observation ports, it delivers bright, uniform LED illumination while maintaining the highest explosion protection standards.

Manufactured with a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing and precision optical glass, the USL 05 LED Ex combines lightweight construction with excellent mechanical strength. The integrated LED module provides high luminous efficiency, low energy consumption, and minimal heat generation, making it suitable for continuous operation in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and petrochemical industries.

Certified for Gas Zone 1 & 2 and Dust Zone 21 & 22, the luminaire is available in multiple voltage configurations and can be mounted using a hinged bracket or adapter flange. It is compatible with DIN 28120, DIN 28121, and similar circular sight glass fittings from DN40 upward.
