The CF Sapphire Vacuum Viewport is engineered for demanding high-vacuum (HV) and ultra-high-vacuum (UHV) applications requiring exceptional optical performance and mechanical durability. Featuring a precision-machined stainless steel ConFlat (CF) flange and a single-crystal sapphire window, it offers outstanding optical transmission, excellent scratch resistance, and superior pressure performance.

Compared with conventional borosilicate and quartz viewports, sapphire windows provide significantly higher hardness, greater mechanical strength, and improved resistance to high-pressure and abrasive environments. These advantages make sapphire the preferred material for semiconductor equipment, laser systems, plasma research, spectroscopy, high-pressure vacuum chambers, and scientific instrumentation.

Available in standard CF flange sizes and custom configurations, our sapphire vacuum viewports deliver long-term reliability in the most demanding industrial and research environments.
