Manufactured with a precision stainless steel ConFlat (CF) flange and a premium fused quartz window, it delivers outstanding UV transmission, excellent thermal stability, and exceptional optical clarity.
Compared with borosilicate glass, fused quartz offers lower thermal expansion, higher temperature resistance, and superior transmission across ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared wavelengths.
