USL 33 LED Ex Sight Glass Light Overview
The USL 33 LED Sterile Sight Glass Luminaire is a compact industrial LED lighting solution specifically developed for hygienic and sterile processing applications. Unlike the universal USL 13 model, the USL 33 features a special adapter collar mounting system, allowing direct installation onto sanitary flanges, METAGLAS® sight glass assemblies, and BioGlass® process fittings.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, the luminaire provides bright, glare-free illumination while maintaining hygienic design principles required by pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, and laboratory industries. Its compact structure minimizes installation space while delivering excellent visibility for monitoring mixing, filtration, fermentation, filling levels, and product conditions.
The energy-efficient LED module generates minimal heat and offers a service life of up to 50,000 hours, reducing maintenance costs and improving operational reliability. With IP65 protection, the USL 33 LED is suitable for washdown environments and clean production areas where hygiene and durability are essential.
